Welcome to the Aarhus Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) Group. The group was formerly the experimental part of the Danish Center of Excellence “Center for Atomic-scale Materials Physics” (CAMP) in collaboration with theoreticians at the Technical University of Denmark. The SPM group now performs the SPM activities in the Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO) at the University of Aarhus and Aalborg University, which started in January 2002. |
